Pinckneyville Community Center

Posted on July 17, 2014July 17, 2014 by Becky Wolary

On July 9 , 2014 several energetic Gwinnett County Master Gardeners built a wooden arbor at the Pinckneyville Community Center Garden. The garden is one of the Gwinnett County Master Gardeners Extension Volunteers project. Under the guidance of Jane Burke, who designed the garden and the arbor, members used a post hole digger, mixed and poured cement, cut lattice, then inserted lags and assembled the arbor. Those who helped gained experience and were given plans of the design. Please go by the Pinckneyville Community Center and see the finished project.
