The Gwinnett County Master Gardener Association enjoyed listening to Mark Maher for the August 19, 2013 meeting. Mark represents Flowerwood Nursery, a licensed grower of the Encore Azalea and the Southern Living Plant Collections. Mark spoke on both collections and brought many plant samples which were given away as door prizes to members. Southern Living Plants also provided tote bags with collection information which were given to each attendee.
Mim Harris gave a short presentation on the grant project at Pinckneyville Middle School.
